"Bill Roberts, one of your service advisors, went above and beyond yesterday to help me in a situation that could have turned dangerous, been costly, and completely ruined my day. I got a flat tire as I was driving around 5:30pm yesterday. I pulled onto a residential street that happened to be a few blocks from the dealership to change my tire. As I started taking the lug nuts off the tire I realized I didn't the key for my locking lug nut. I called Bill, explained my situation, and he said he'd bring the master set of keys to me so I could change my tire. A few minutes later, Bill showed up, matched the key and changed my tire for me. He refused any monetary gift I offered, asked me if there was anything else he could do for me, and wished me well as we parted ways. Bill's generosity, kindness, and willingness to help is why I will continue to come to Gerald Jones for service on my Outback. He deserves formal recognition from his peers, superiors, and organization for his dedication to his customers and company."
